A Swiss CNC machine, also known as a Swiss type lathe or a Swiss automatic lathe, is a modern precision manufacturing machine that can produce extremely small parts quickly and accurately.
Acacia Machining utilizes Davenport multi-spindle screw machines to rapidly produce complex turned parts up to 7/8″ diameter. These machines are capable of completing multi-operation parts, making the process extremely efficient and eliminating the need for many costly secondary operations.
Water jet fabrication can cut virtually any material. Since no heat is used during the water jet cutting process compared to most other CNC types, it is commonly used to cut materials that would otherwise have their properties changed by heat.
